Here’s a concise view of recent Scrunch AI improvements alongside the core capabilities, pricing details, and practical considerations to help you evaluate the platform.
Recent product updates
A better way to answer “How’s our brand showing up in AI?”: New data visualizations make it faster to see brand presence, citations, sentiment, and competitive trends in a format that’s intuitive, customizable, and easy to share.
Every prompt in its right place: You now have granular control over how topics, tags, models, and funnel stages map to every prompt you track—plus bulk editing to categorize many prompts at once.
Key capabilities at a glance
Multi-LLM monitoring: Track performance across eight AI platforms in one workspace—ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot, and Meta AI. Support for Grok is coming soon.
Cross-platform insights: View brand presence, position, sentiment, citations, and competitive mentions in aggregate or by individual AI platform. Drill into the full text of responses for specific prompts.
Personas and prompt management: Create buyer personas, auto-generate or import prompts, assign personas to prompts, and organize prompts by topic, tag, model, and funnel stage.
AI traffic analytics: See how often AI agents crawl your site (Agent Traffic) and track human visitors arriving from AI platforms (AI Referrals).
AXP (Agent Experience Platform): Deliver an AI-friendly, parallel version of your site so AI agents can retrieve, understand, and cite your content more reliably—improving visibility in AI answers.
Data collection and accuracy
Collection methods: Scrunch uses platform-appropriate methods, including browser automation and official platform APIs, to gather responses from AI platforms.
Quality control: Responses are validated against a large, continuously updated dataset collected directly inside AI platforms to help ensure accuracy.
Freshness and speed: New prompts are collected daily for the first 14 days, then refresh on a default 72-hour cadence. You can request a new response at any time. Typical data availability is 20–60 minutes for smaller orgs and 1–12 hours for larger orgs.
Pricing, plans, and trial
7-day free trial: Try the self-serve Explorer plan without talking to sales. You can set up monitoring, analyze presence and citations, and identify optimization opportunities immediately.
What’s not in the trial: Trials are limited to a single brand and exclude Enterprise features like SSO and the enterprise data API. For multi-brand or enterprise evaluations, contact Scrunch.
Breadth of coverage: Scrunch tracks eight major AI platforms in one place and lets you compare aggregate and platform-specific results. If you need multi-LLM visibility rather than a single-model view, this scope matters.
From monitoring to action: In addition to monitoring and insights, AXP helps you deliver AI-optimized content on-site, addressing both visibility and retrieval/understanding gaps that can limit citations and mentions.
Data transparency: Platform-specific collection methods and on-demand refreshes help you validate findings and iterate quickly.
